Increasingly on demand at the international level, he is the interpreter of such
titles as: La Bohème (Deutsche Oper in Berlin, Palm Beach Lyric Opera and
in Hong Kong), Rigoletto (Teatro Massimo in Palermo),Madama Butterfly (Florida
Grand Opera in Miami), La Clemenza di Tito(Bergen), La Traviata (Teatro
Verdi in Trieste and Manoel Theatre in Malta), Nabucco (Venice, Genoa,
Cagliari and Sassari), Thaïs and Idomeneo (Arbace) at the Teatro
Regio in Turin; Elisir d'Amore in a production of Teatro Regio in Turin
on tour in Italy; Macbeth (Macduff) in Sassari; I Capuleti e i
Montecchi at the Opera in Rome; and Der Rosenkavalier (Italian
Singer) in Barcelona and Madrid.
Alessandro
Liberatore recently performed Lucia di Lammermoor in Rovigo; Rigoletto at
the Teatro Nacional de Sao Carlos in Lisbon; La Traviata in Rouen; Madama
Butterfly in Cesena;Nabucco and a series of concerts at the Tiroler
Festspiele in Erl, Gustav Kuhn conducting. Mr. Liberatore has just made his
exciting debut in Verdi’s Requiem in Cagliari, at the Festival Anima
Mundi in Pisa under Aldo Ceccato and in Toblach under Aldo Ceccato and gained
great success as Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly in Tampere; then
performed Nabucco and Petite Messe Solennelle in Erl; Rigoletto in
Lisbon; Lucio Silla (title role) at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in
Barcelona; Rota’s Mysterium in at the Vatican City and at the Teatro San
Carlo in Naples; Lucia di Lammermoor in Catania. His future
projects include:
Massenet’s Manon at the Opéra Royal de Wallonie in Liège; Verdi’s Otello (Cassio)
in Naples; Missa Solemnis in Cagliari.

Giorgio Trucco - Lampionaio
After his
debut at the Teatro alla Scala in the new production of Nina, ossia la pazza
per amore, Riccardo Muti conducting, Giorgio Trucco was invited in important
musical institutions such as: Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Rossini Opera Festival
in Pesaro, and Rossini Festival in bad Wildbad, San Carlo in Naples, Opéra de
Montpellier, Toulon and Nice.
Giorgio Trucco collaborated with
Gerd Albrecht, Ivor Bolton, Giuliano Carella, Mark Elder, Marco Guidarini, Zubin
Mehta, Riccardo Muti, Roberto Rizzi Brignoli. Latest engagements include: La
Forza del Destino in Pisa; Falstaff in Ravenna and on tour in Italy,
Cristina Mazzavillani Muti directing; Aida (Radames) at the Teatro del
Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in Florence.
Future plans include:
Maometto II at the Teatro dell’Opera in Rome; Macbeth in Toulon;
Aida in St.Margarethen.
